The slowest part of a job search is not finding listings, it is preparing a separate application for each one. Doing a single application properly takes about forty minutes: reading the listing, rewriting the CV for it, drafting the German cover letter, finding the real address the application should go to.

Kelyvaro takes that work on. You fill in your profile once; the system finds the open listings that fit you, prepares an ATS-compatible German CV and cover letter for each one, and puts the application in front of you for approval.

• Profile: education, experience, language level, visa status and the cities you want to work in. It takes about fifteen minutes and you fill it in once.
• Matching: listings are scanned every day and the ones that fit your profile are listed. This step is free — you see how many listings fit you before paying anything.
• Preparation and sending: the applications you approve go out from your own email account. This part is covered by the Pro plan.

Kelyvaro is not a job placement or employment agency. We are not an intermediary between you and the employer, we take no commission from either side, and we make no guarantee of employment.

We do not send applications on your behalf: you approve every application and it is sent from your own email address. This is both a legal requirement and the only method that works — an employer replies to an application that comes from a real person.

Listings come from public sources: the open service of the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) and the public listing endpoints of companies’ own applicant systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Personio, Recruitee, Workable). We do no unauthorised scraping.

Application addresses are extracted from the listing text or the company’s own site. No automatic application is prepared for a listing whose address cannot be verified.
