Delivery and Refund Terms

Delivery is instant and electronic. The moment payment is approved your account moves to the Pro plan and the paid features become available the same minute.

There is no shipping fee, delivery period or delivery address.

The subscription does not renew automatically; there is nothing you need to cancel. At the end of the month you paid for, your account returns to the free plan by itself; your account, profile and data are kept.

If you want to continue, you buy another month with the same button. Access is not cut off within a period you have paid for.

Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in an electronic environment. This is put to you for confirmation at the payment step.

This does not remove the refund cases below.

Even though there is no right of withdrawal, we refund in these cases:

• As a voluntary commercial guarantee by the Seller: if requested within 7 days of the Pro payment, the full amount is refunded without asking for a reason. Requests are made by writing to the support address from the account's e-mail address.
• The service could not be provided or used because of a technical fault
• A payment was taken twice by mistake

Refunds are made to the card or account used for payment within fourteen days at the latest from approval of the request. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank.

Write to info@kelyvaro.com for a refund request or a complaint. Requests are answered within seven days at the latest.

If no resolution is reached, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
