Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: the natural person who opens an account on kelyvaro.com and purchases a Pro subscription. The buyer enters their own name, email and billing details at the payment step.

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the Kelyvaro Pro digital service subscription purchased electronically by the Buyer through kelyvaro.com. There is no sale of physical goods, no shipping and no physical delivery.

The Pro subscription covers:

• An ATS-compatible German CV written separately for each listing
• A cover letter prepared for each listing
• Applications prepared for listings with a verified application address
• Applications sent from the Buyer’s own email account, with the Buyer’s approval
• Application tracking and outcome records

Price: 899.00 TL per month, VAT included. The subscription renews monthly and there is no minimum term. Price changes are announced to existing subscribers at least thirty days in advance and apply only from the next billing period.

Payment is made electronically by credit or debit card. The payment infrastructure is provided by iyzico; card details are never seen or stored by the Seller.

Performance begins the moment payment is approved: the Buyer’s account moves to the Pro plan the same minute and the paid features become available. There is no separate delivery period.

Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in an electronic environment.

By approving this agreement at the payment step, the Buyer confirms that they request immediate performance of the service and therefore have no right of withdrawal.

The Seller nevertheless refunds payment where the service could not be provided at all or could not be used because of a technical fault. Details are on the Delivery and Refund Terms page.

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the service remains usable until the end of the period already paid for.

The agreement takes effect when the Buyer approves it electronically, and a copy is sent to the Buyer’s email address.

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
