Terms of Use

Kelyvaro is a software service that lets people looking for work abroad run their application process from a single dashboard. Kelyvaro collects listings, matches them against your profile, prepares a CV and cover letter for each one and gets the application ready to send.

Kelyvaro is not a recruitment agency, a consultancy or a law firm. Information on this site about visa, residence and recognition (Anerkennung) processes is general information and does not replace legal advice.

Kelyvaro sends no application without your approval. Every application is shown to you before it goes out; you see its content and may edit, reject or approve it.

Applications you approve are sent from your own email address. You are therefore responsible for the accuracy of what is sent. Reviewing the CV and cover letter Kelyvaro produces before sending is your responsibility.

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your account and for actions taken through it.

An account belongs to one individual. You may not transfer your account to anyone else or use it to send bulk applications on behalf of third parties.

• Declaring experience, education or documents that are untrue
• Applying under another person's identity or with their information without permission
• Overloading the service with automated tools, reverse engineering it or attempting to bypass security measures
• Sending employers spam, irrelevant or harassing content
• Using the service for any purpose contrary to applicable law

We may suspend or close your account if these rules are broken.

Core features are free at launch. The scope and price of paid plans will be announced at launch and shown clearly before any purchase. Price changes are notified to existing subscribers at least thirty days in advance and apply only from the next billing period.

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy. Launch campaign terms (three months of Pro for the first 500 people) apply in order of signup.

The Kelyvaro brand, interface, software and content belong to Kelyvaro. The CV you upload and the profile information you enter belong to you; we process them only to provide the service to you.

You may freely use, edit and reuse the CV and cover letter text Kelyvaro produces for you, including outside Kelyvaro.

Kelyvaro does not guarantee that you will find a job, receive an interview, receive an offer, or obtain a visa or residence permit. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and visa decisions entirely with the competent authorities.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kelyvaro is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. In any case total liability is limited to the amount you paid Kelyvaro in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Kelyvaro is not responsible for disruptions caused by outages or policy changes at third-party platforms (listing services, Google, employer application systems).

You may delete your account from the dashboard at any time; on deletion your data is permanently erased within the period stated in the privacy policy. Kelyvaro reserves the right to suspend or close an account used in breach of these terms; in that case any unused paid period is refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Rights you hold as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country are reserved.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to your registered email address at least thirty days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
